Terms and Conditions

The finer details

  • Booking period runs from 1st December 2024 to 30 April 2025, if the owner has not earnt the minimum guaranteed amount for their eligible vehicle, Camplify will fund the difference.

  • Vehicle eligibility: motorhomes and campervans must have a build date of 2017 onwards, with at least two berths and a toilet. The vehicle must be certified self contained (green warrant)

  • The RV must be a new listing created from 1st October 2024 (promotion start date) to 30 November 2024 (promotion finish date). The offer is not available for RVs currently listed on the Camplify Platform.

  • Owners must create their listing so that their RV is available for bookings by 1st  December 2024.

  • The RV must be fully compliant with the Camplify Terms of Service and Owner Rules including having a current Certificate of Fitness.

  • Owners must ensure that their daily rate is consistent with the market, generally +/- 10% of the average rate for similar RV’s listed on the Camplify platform is acceptable.

  • Owners must ensure the RV is available to book for a minimum period of 120 days during the booking period, as shown on the RV’s listing calendar. The RV must reflect a reasonable minimum hire period in line with the NZ market during the booking period.

  • Owners must respond promptly to hirers and not unreasonably refuse a booking request. Where a booking request is not converted following a delay of more than 24 hours from the owner responding or is refused without good reason, the net value of the proposed booking may be included when calculating the earnings of the RV.

  • Owners must ensure that their RV remains in a fit state to fulfill all bookings during the booking period. If the RV becomes unavailable for hire during the booking period due to damage or required maintenance the RV will not be eligible to remain in the program unless:

o   the damage or maintenance is minor and does not take the RV off-road for more than one day to fix or requires any booking to be cancelled; or

o  damage is caused by a Camplify hirer and the owner has promptly, in cooperation with Camplify, arranged for the damage to be repaired and the RV is or remains back on the road.

  • Earnings are calculated on the net earnings of the RV paid to the owner during the booking period. Daily rental for booked days up to and including 30 April 2025 but not yet due to be paid  (e.g. because a hire spans the end of the booking period) will be included in the calculation. 

  • When an RV's earnings are less than the applicable guaranteed amount, Camplify will pay the owner the difference within 30 days of the end of the booking period
